Default Once a day supplement?

I have purchased the Basic 3 supplement, but never remember to give it to my husband and myself. I can usually remember once a day, but 3 x a day is beyond my capabilities at this point. Is there a supplement that we can take once a day?

Default Take 3 at once?

Which won't do you anywhere near as much good as taking them spread over the day.

Most of the higher-dose vitamins spread them out over > 1 pill, just because the ingredients do get bulky and we couldn't swallow them if they were in one. Or they could be timed release, but that's also bulky AND expensive.

Work on a way to change your routine. Keep the bottle on the breakfast table; that's one. Put a second bottle (or split the bottle you're using) and keep some on your nightstand and take them just before you fall asleep. I count out mine for 8 days ahead into film cannisters, and every morning lay out the three I need for that day (I take WAY more than three pills a day.) Shoot one on my way out the door with breakfast, one in my lunchbox, one with dinner.

Could it also be that your husband can keep track of his own vitamins?

I highly recommend the Ultra Mega Vitamins from GNC. I've been taking them for years and don't think I could have survived my pregnancy and then colic newborn son without them. GNC carries Ultra Mega vitamins for both men and women according to their individual needs. I also suggest you buy them off of EBay. You get a much cheaper price as they run about $20 for 180 in the store (2 tabs a day taken together in the morning). They really do give me a pick-me-up in the mornings.
