Hello
Just started low carb again near the beginning of the year. In the past, we read Atkins and didn't stick with it. Hubby saw PBS special with Dr. David Perlmutter, author of Grain Brain. For some reason, this struck us as something we could and should do. We, both in our 60's, have been battling the extra pounds and also health issues related to the weight. Since starting the low carb, we both have been feeling so much better with increased energy and hope to keep going!
