I wouldn't add a large onion to the recipe. I would cut the amount down or use scallions instead. We are only allowed 1 TBS of onions per CM, but other then that it looks CM friendly

I agree about the onion, I would think nicely diced celery and green onion could sub. Also, it says you did not use the Accent, which is good because Accent is the commercial name of MSG, a CAD/CALP no no. I know that I am sensitive to MSG and it affects my cravings.

Looks like a yummy recipe!

Mike

Well thanks for replying, you two!

I did use a couple of small green onions (the others give me horrible indigestion!)

I so appreciate the feedback! Still no books!

Oh man those spinach balls sound great! I'm going to have to try them today.

I like to make a crustless quiche with spinach, eggs & feta. That is really yummy.

This weekend I made a crustless pizza, that was pretty good, but I felt like it had too much cheese.

I like seafood salad with a tossed green salad. One of my favorite lunches

For dessert, I like ricotta with heavy cream, a dash of vanilla a dash of rum extract, 2 pkts stevia and then I whirl it in the Bullet.. It's Mock Cream Brulee'
Keeps me on my diet when I want to slip off.

oh- that sounds really good! I would do it with honey instead of the stevia- maybe I'll try it the next time I get ricotta!

Girl, you can get away with honey! 125 lbs? wow. I'm so jealous!! How long did it take you to get there from 180? Was it all on the CAD?

CALP allows any carbs- so why should I use AS when I can use the real deal? I think honey adds flavor and sweetness so I like it better than sugar. I eat my carbs with dinner (RM) and lost all this on CALP.
I wrote you in the other thread too- it was about a year to lose it all- and I have stopped losing byeating more carbs at RM.

A favorite cm of mine is a cm spinach cheese casserole that I love - a wedge of that.

For meals, I love a recipe I have from the Barefoot Contessa for shrimp salad - it is cm so I can then have a suitable carb, veggie to go with it.

DH has gotten into smoking and grilling and has been careful to try (when I was still on plan) sugar-free rubs. His ribs are to die for and cm...could eat these at least twice a day

I'm practicing on making a baked cheese cracker - that is crisp, not ooey-gooey.

I make a mean crabmeat stuffed mushroom and sausage balls that we have on holidays for a cm treat.
