Default Cottage cheese & stuff

Hello again,

Tlhanks for all the replys. I'm trying to stick really close to the program today and see what happens. I did have a diet coke though, which I probably shouldn't have. Anyway, is cottage cheese allowed at cm? It has 4 g's of carbs for 1/2 c. The cheat sheet didn't mention it and I often eat it for lunch. Today I'm having tuna salad, 0 carbs for lunch and brocoli salad with radishes. I crave radishes, which is a funny thing to crave. Can't hardly go a day without 5 giant radishes. I wonder if I'm lacking in minerals.

Luv - I didn't get your PM on the calcium in my e-mails. Could you try again or just post it here. Thanks. I'll post my menu for today this evening for your advice. So far, so good today but I really have problems after 4:00, so we'll see. It's only 2:00 p.m. right now. Be back later! Also, about SAD, I don't have depression. I tend to gravitate more toward anxiety than depression. My mother did have that though. She really struggled in the winters.

Thanks and blessings,
Mary (Grandma)

Grandma
Cottage cheese can cause cravings. Avoid it for at least a week. Remember you're going to be as "clean" as possible. If it isn't on the list, you can't have it.

Default and, as far as I know...

brocolli is only allowed at the RM, the carbs are too high for the CM meals.

Broccoli isn't on the list!
