Hi TDC! *introduction*
Hello everyone! This is my second run with low-carbing. Last year, the furthest I got was 206 doing LC (down from 235), and then I cheated, then cheated some more until I blew back up to 223! I did the whole "I'll start induction again tomorrow, next week, after thanksgiving, after xmas, one more day won't hurt..." thing. Since February this year, I have been battling just trying to get through 2 weeks of clean induction. It was a whole lot easier to get through induction my first time doing low-carb. I thought it should be easier this time but it's not. I'm not really sure what my final goal is, but for now, I just need to get into ONEderland... then I'll worry about the rest then. I'm thinking 100lbs might be too much weight to lose for me... but I just love the support you all have for each other in the TDC.
