I was avoiding this, but it looks like I need to start an exercise journal, or I'll never get my exercise organized enough to keep track of my progress. I can't even remember for sure what my routine was for last night! But here goes trying...

30 min aerobic exercise (jogging in place)
3 sets 30 crunches
oblique crunches (i guess that's what they're called) 3 sets of 30 each side.
3 sets 30 leg lifts.

Hmmm... guess that's about it for last night. I have seen a gradual improvement, when I started doing the jogging in place, I did 30 min, but it was in 2 sets of 15. One 30 min set would just about kill me! Last night I did the 30 in one set, and pretty much stopped out of boredom. I think it's time I start trying to increase the time.

Good for you! I never did like exercise, but now I know how good it is for me. I've been using dumbbells since March and it's amazing how much stronger I am. My muscles are harder, too, so not so much squishiness as before.

Good luck!
