Although I have not been posting on here because my computer has been down, I have been exercising everyday!
So far I can run a solid 30 minutes at 6.0 mph! Can you believe that? I've never been a runner before.
Last night I also started lifting weights again and my arms are sore...but a good sore.
Now that I have the internet back I'll start posting daily exercise routines.
The past week has included cardio that atleast burns 440 cals per day (either bike, walking, running)
These are with weight inputs so they're accurate. I always monitor my heart rate. Believe it or not, I had to back off a bit on the spinning bike because my heart rate got up to 178 bpm and the most it should be during an anaerobic interval for a 20 year old is 171. I didn't want to pass out or anything!
My legs are VERY sore from my run from yesterday. Funny thing is that I actually missed this feeling, like I've pushed myself to another level. Plus running at 7 mph is really good for me since last year I couldn't run for even 5 minutes!
I tried to use the treadmill and cross trainer but the blisters on the bottom of my feet burn, its terrible. Believe it or not, I think the new socks that I bought from New Balance caused them, because I've been using my Nike Shox for 2 months and I know that it can't be them.
