Smile Am I a CADer?

Hi all!
I'm not sure whether to say I'm doing CAD or not. This is because I'm following the plan with the following exceptions:
-I have 3 small CMs in the day, then RM in the evening, then I work out, then I have a small whey protein shake with cocnut oil and cinnamon after exercise.
-I lift weights 4-5 times per week and do cardio as well (say, 3 times). So I believe my protein requirements are higher to repair muscle and help it's growth.
-But I do follow all the other principles of CAD.

So,
Am I on CAD? Even though the Hellers speak specifically about a lower meal frequency? They don't mention too much about heavy resistance training on the plan, so I've modified according to my needs. So am I modified CAD or not? Whaddaya think?

I would say yes. You could label yourself modified CAD.

How soon after RM do you lift?

Amy, I lift about 2 hours after my RM. I need everything to settle for me to really challnge myself. After an hour is fine too but I find that after the wo I don't even want the whey. So I find 2hrs after RM to be working so far. How does that sound?

Zuleikaa: glad to hear it!

Yeah, I wait an hour and sometimes I can feel the food still squishing around in my tummy. I was just wondering just out of curiousity and to compare. I think I am going to start waiting longer.
