Default What everyone serving for the up coming holiday?

[SIZE=3][FONT=century gothic][COLOR=orange]

Hi all, I was just wondering what everyone is going to be serving for the up coming holiday? This is my first holiday since I've started the Atkins program and I don't want to mess it up. I've come so far for that. So let me know and any recipes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and happy low carbing to all.

I did a fantastic sole dish with whipping cream and a green bean salad, made potatoes roasted for others, and served jello pud...i pkg lite jello, 1 cup hot water, 1 cup whipping cream in a pretty mold with easter eggs for others around it.

Talking Easter -Next year I'm planning ahead!

Next time, I'm planning ahead.
I had no problem saying no to bread and desserts, but I felt so deprived of the sweets! Next time, I am bringing some Atkins Peanut butter cups or low carb jellybeans in the car so I don't have to be the ONLY ONE who isn't eating fun stuff all day.
(That stunk)
I stuck with it though...
Next year, I am planning ahead!!!
Best of luck!
Fab Marta
