Default Helpful Food Combining INFO

I read a bunch of books on Food Combining. Fit For Life by Harvey Diamond..it is a very good book easy to understand. Harvey Diamond is well informed in diegestion but has a bias against meat. Another book I read was Superior Health Through Nutrition by William Horwood Hay... It is hard to follow, I think that is the reason so many others have simplified his diet in books like The Complete book of food Combining by Kathryn Marsden..Her book is amazing. She has made it so easy to understand and put to use. I am now reading Become Younger by Dr. Norman W. Walker.. He lived 99 healthy years. Does anyone know of Walkers work ?
