Default My new diet

Rules I used: Dont mix carbs and protien. Eat at least one protien meal a day. Wait three hours between a carb and protien meal. Eat veggies with every meal. Dont eat any processed foods like sugar, white fluor, margerine.Do eat foods whole foods like whole wheat ,butter, maple syurp. Drink lots of water except before meals and right after meals. Water dilutes digestion process. Take probiotics. Chew your food twice as long. I didnt keep track of calories or fat. I started this diet 3 months ago at 215 lbs today Sept 4, I am 187. OMG! it was so easy.. Typical days meals : Breakfast carrot juice, apple,Whole Wheat Bagle with butter. Lunch Tomatoe soup n Salad. Dinner Steak brococli salad. Some breaakfasts I eat baccon and eggs. I snack on peanutbutter and celery. I took what I learned from Atkins and protien power diets and blended it with Food Combining or the Hay Diet. I foud it easy to do and the loss is fast. I excercize by walking my dog twice a day for 30 min. and play golf one a week. . I would like to know more about the Hay diet and I ordered the book.. good luck to all .Smitch

Well done smitch007. You are a credit to food combining. Why not start a journal so we can visit each other.

I will also be writing about my food combining experiences in my journal. I just began the woe as of yesterday based off of the Fit for Life book's principles.
