Default Skin Blotches - Help!!

Anyone Help!

About a week after beginning my LC WOL I began to get some red blotches around my midriff. They vary in size and whilst they are not itchy or uncomfortable I am aware they are there. Usually the last several days before dying out and new ones appearing.

My homeopath thought they might be part of my body's reaction to liver detox.
Can anyone throw any light on this? Incidently when I was a wayward lowcarber for 7 days the blotches disappeared. They're back after 3 days LC.
