Default Breast Reduction

I'm 200lbs and my breast are 40DD. My back shoulders etc. are
killing me and my "sis' had the operation done a few years ago and recommended it. She says when I lose the weight they will sag and I would need it done anyways. Anyone in my shoes or comments on this?

Thanks

Kris

If you decide to do it, then you should wait until you loose all the weight that you are going to loose. It would be a waste to have it done now, because as you loose weight and the skin becomes loose you may end up with saggy breast (not everybody does it depends on the elasticity of your skin and muscle tone). I've heard 50/50 that you may or may not loose nipple sensitivity. I saw the procedure done on TLC(the learning channel) not a pretty site. The nipple is removed, excess tissue is removed then everything is sewed back up and the nipple re attached. Another reason to wait is because if you are big and have a big stomach your stomach will look huge without your chest. I am big chested too, but I like em'. If when I lose the weight they shrink like deflated balloons I may do something (surgically) about it.
