I have switched over to CAD and have a few questions.

What kind of vitamins and supplements do you take?

How much water on average do you drink?

When it says 2 cups raw veggies does that mean two cups all day or 2 cups at CMs?

Thank you for your time.

EDIT: One more question, does anyone know how much is 2 ounces of cream, such as tablespoons?

OK, I found most of my answers.

Vitamins depend on the person and so does the water but I seem to be good with both.

I believe I read in the CAD book last night it is 2 cups veggies with each CM.

I still don't know about the 2 oz. though?

Default hello

Well, I take a multi vitamin, potassium, cal/mag, vitamin c... but I think you are right, that is a very individual thing.

There are 8 fluid ounces in a cup, so 2 ounces would be 1/4 cup, right? And 1/4 cup equals 3 tbsps.

Good luck

Just because it freaked me out and I had to check:
1/4 cup = 4 Tbsp, not 3.
phew!

'Nother question about cream:

Can I have more than 2 oz. of cream in one day?

Let's say I have 2 oz. with coffee but I also want to have my flaxseed hot cereal for dessert at my RM can I have cream in it since it's my RM?

The Reward meal is totally seperate You would count the cream as part of the "carb third" of the meal.
