Turkey Breasts topped with cheese

This is one of my all time favorite recipes, even before I started LCing.

Turkey Breast
Italian Dressing
Monterey Jack Cheese

Marinate the Turkey Breast in Italian Dressing all day. I usually cut mine up into 2 x 2 squares. Grill them outside or on your George Forman grill. Just before you are ready to take it off the grill, top with the cheese. Serve with your favorite low carb veggie and salad.
