for moderate carbs, while keeping calories at a decent amount?

I will be running about 3 miles a day.

Hi Athena,
Do you use Fit Day? Could you run it through there and determine the percentages of carb/fat/protein. You look a little light on fats from meat sources. If you are that low on calories, I'd try to go with more of a Barry Groves ratio: Fats 60-70%, Protein 20-25% and the rest carbs. Good Luck to you.
