I've been reading and learning for a few weeks, posted my comments a couple of times, and thought it was time to jump in. I am doing this WOL for my appearance, of course, but equally for my health. I started Atkins 9/15 and am down 12 lbs.. I live in Brighton Michigan, am married, have 2 children and 2 grandchildren. I really enjoy this site and have gained so much valuable knowledge and inspiration. Thank you all for being here.

Yes, this is a great site, very supportive and helpful. I visit every day, gotta see what's happening. Can one get addicted to a support group? I'd say yes, but it is a healthy addiction *LOL*. I hope you feel at home here.
