Hi everyone
Just joined today - great to see there are other new zealanders out there on the plan. Can anyone help me regarding flour alternatives or is there anywhere that you can purchase atkins bake mixture in new zealand.

I just joined up today too. I found the best way to find flour alternatives was to ask in the local health food shop.
Dont know if you are familiar with www.atkinscenter.com which is the official website and has lots of adive. There are low carb baking mixes available in NZ but havent tried them as expensive
Anyway good luck. I am back on Low carb for the second time and I wasnt very good the first time I did it
