I was thinking that I would do better if I were to set Mini Goals for myself. So I thought I might suggest this type of challenge to see if anyone else here was interested? My Goal is to get under 200 by New Years Day. That means between now and then I need to lose a total of 36 pounds. For me that certainly sounds doable. I would love to begin the new year at 199 pounds (less would be even better)
If anyone wants to join me, just set a goal weight and add your name to the list. Maybe we can support each other. I am on Day 3 and doing really well!
