How many of you have had to adjust your diet to get your weight loss back on track, and how do you adjust your diet. For instance, this time adding more fat helped me a LOT!

I would have to guess at least 95% of us had to adjust somewhere down the line...whether it was adjusting calories, carbs, fat, or eliminating/eating sparingly things that I consider condiment-type foods such as dairy, nuts, cheeses, fruit etc.
For me it wasn't so much calories and carbs, but the source--too much dairy, berries, yougurt, cheese, nuts etc. I keep it basic and simple (which does not mean boring).
Not alot of complex recipes that contain alot of cheese/dairy etc--usually a protien, veg, small amount of berries, small amount of dairy etc. Limited alcohol.
