was away a few days,
i almost eat nothing and blood sugar 95! i was expecting 80s.
anyway i am eating greens for 3 days and it helps with digestion kelly thanks for the tip.

to all doctors and dietitians out there who discourage people losing weight in a small amount of time would not success in fat loss but muscle loss, you can kiss my red tshirt(joking) which i was hardly getting in 35 days ago... the black one is my new t-shirt and success in 40...days.
and new pants not easy to get in but i can! still tons of fat around my belly.
progress is in very short time imo magnificent and doable!

lamb ribs?

traditional hot red peppers( im using 3 kinds )will post pictures
apple vinegar(sugar free)
thyme
pre prepared lamb tail fat(this fat imo is the best fat to lose your body fat)
marinate them, left 1 day in refrigirator for rest.
thats all

of course you have to be a good cook

my chickens easy all cooked in philips airfryer. which imo the best fryer for chicken i also have tefal actifry. I prefer airfryer for keto.
marinate with whatever you like, rest for 24 hours.

resting them is very important for them to be crispy and soft.
the last chickens i made without resting them came out like GUM! was pretty bad.

ok now bad news,
my friend is getting married so we went on a dinner 2 days ago, i had a big steak with some lettuce . Unfortunetly i had to drink but not some traditional turkish sugar filled drink "raki" but whiskey(4 double).Still i was on path!
Next morning i was on pain , throw out everyting i ate! for 8 hours i had the worst day of my life. When i lost every single drop of water i had to drink some water but when i drank it immedietly throw it out(maybe 20 times). It went for 8 hours.
I am still feeling like ...t. I could only eat one egg today. I had nothing yesterday.
I don't know if it was the alchool or the meat that poisoned me.

I wasn't a heavy drinker before this diet but i could drink twice a week.
2 weeks from now i am going on a wedding and i don't know if i can drink again? is this normal ?
I lost 1.5 kg in 2 days (71.8)
This is the first time i am facing health issue in this diet.

thanks

I'm going to wager the meat was the culprit.

I know people say keto lowers your tolerance to alcohol. This doesn't seem to have happened to me. And what you describe doesn't really sound like a normal hangover deal. I vote food poisoning too.

I for sure will suffer the "cheap date syndrome" if I have been strictly low-carb, this is VERY common. Something about no sugar burning interfering with the alcohol hitting your system, I know I've read the explanation but can never remember it exactly.

If I read that right, and you drank four doubles? At a typical American establishment that would be approximately 10 ounces of whiskey. If you are use to drinking the same amount of some kind of sugar filled drink (I'm assuming not straight Raki, which isn't actually sweetened and is as strong as anything else out there), AND have been really low-carb prior? Ouch. OUCH. Tolerances to alcohol may vary, but personally the meat would be the LAST thing I would blame for making me puke the next day.

I don't know. It's been a long time since I've drank enough to throw up, but when I did, it was usually over in a much shorter time than eight hours.

Eight ounces would definitely get me pretty drunk. Not sure I remember a time when it wouldn't have, though.

It was the MEAT!
I am very vulnarable to food poisoning since i was child,
My friend called me today who had the same steak as mine and i asked him about the how he felt after the dinner, and he had some bad symptoms not bad as mine but he felt bad.
I am now sure it was the meat. Of course alchool helped a bit.
It was the worst food posioning i ever had .
empty stomach filled with bad meat+ lots of whiskey= worst combination.
Still feel tired,no energy can't eat enough.
I am making meatballs now(my own never gonna eat out for a long time!)
Thanks fellas.

Much alcohol on top of food poisoning from bad meat? Sounds like your liver and kidneys had a party trying to keep you alive!

yes absolute disaster,
i am very experienced in food poisoning so i didn't visit the doc, when i have a food posioning it takes 2-3 hours to fully clean the body and recover in 24 hours. This time i wasn't even able to drink water, the second i drink the water i threw it out for 8 hours rinse repeat.
But yesterday i ate my meatballs full of lamb fat and had a good sleep now i feel great .Lamb fat was the best medicine
I did some lifting, walked for 30 minutes, drinking tea back on track.
Don't do what i did.
life saver.

thanks again

edit: when i was on dinner with long time no see old friends, they couln't believe how thin i got, i told them i eat fat to lose fat none believed me when i told them i lost in 40 days!! one asked me in private if i am on drugs (weight lose drugs). One of them is a doctor and he asked me about my colesthrol, blood sugar etc... and i told how my blood sugar and pressure went down , but he thinks i'll have heart problems from eating too much fat and should cut this diet immedietly.
well summary none approved what i did.
eating Fat=bad what most think.

I can %100 confirm the best food helps me to lose fat is ;
lamb ribs and tail. When i am on meat balls ,steak etc i don't lose this rapidly.
found an old fat shirt of mine, two of my new self can fit in
zero cardio some light weight lifting and i ve lost none of my muscle but gaining .
