It is usually considered to be GOOD nettiquette to add to an existing thread rather than create a new thread that covers the exact same topic; this consolidates the information into one thread.

However it is also good to note the OP date so you just add insight for new people with the same problem rather than the original poster. This one clearly shows that adding Ca/Mg/K cleared up Bill's cramps right away.

I agree. It's several years later and this post has been a WEALTH of information. Discovered when searching for information on "Whooshes" and "Induction Flu". I'm going to buy the Ca/Mg/K supplement(s) as soon as I get off work in a few hours. Last night was unbearable, but I don't want to quit Induction.

I hope you've all done well and kept going until you reached goal. If not, JOIN ME IN LOSING !!!
