Woo hoo a lb below my goal! 6 lbs in 3 days 😁 keto with IF works so well when I follow it correctly. I've been drinking a gallon of water a day too. Can't wait to hit underland! Yesterday I was feeling some temptation but pushed through. So glad I did 😀
