First day of TOM here and still 145; at least I didn't gain this month as I ususllay get heavier on this week and then it goes away... so perhaps when it's finished I'll be one pound lighter...

What are sausage balls? Sounds yummy... can I have the recipe?

Cheers,
H.

Hi guys sorry I havent posted recently. The kids and I had flu shots yesterday and then went shopping at MIchaels and bought a new art piece. Followed by dinner(Chinese, yes I cheated big time)Didnt effect my weight much.

Recipe for Sausage balls:
1/2 c Atkins bake mix
1 cup your favorite cheese
1lb favorite sausage
Mix all together , use about 1/4 c Lo Carb milk
to blend, maybe a little more. Just enought to
get the ingredients mixed. Roll into small balls
and bake in the oven. Delicious, Delicious

Im going to try a chicken pot pie tomorrow. H, do you have any ideas for the crust. I only have the Atkins bake mix to work with.

Wheres everyone at? You havent forgotten about us , have you? H and I will keep up the board till you get back. I havent had tom in 43 days. My average is 35 days. Although, last month was 32. Tested - 3x's. I have no idea whats going on. I was late this way once about a 1 yr to 1 1/2 yrs ago. Talk to you guys later.

The chicken potpie I cooked the other day turned out wonderful. Got the lights up will post pictures. Cleaning house and getting ready to pay bills. Still havent had TOM. Looking forward to taking my daughter to the Hilary Duff concert. I will post pictures of that also. Its a total surprise and she has no idea. While driving and listening to advertisements on the radio she seems a little sad because she doesnt think were going. I got tickets off ebay 20 rows back from the stage. Shes going to be so excited I cant wait to see her face.

Hi,
Is it okay to join...I have nine pounds to go. I just started LC again after six weeks of weight watchers...I gained nine pounds! This is my third day back and I feel so much better and already lost 2 pounds. After doing Atkins for over a year I kinda burnt out on low carbs so I decided to join weight watchers. At first it was nice to have carbs again...then my old habits started again along with my old way of thinking. I have come to my senses and I am back!!!!!

Hi Chanceyrose and welcome.
Hi H, I like David Bowie. I didnt realize he was still touring. Did you get pictures you can post?

Do you know, Anne of Green Gables is one of my favorite movies of all time. You must know that movie being from Canada. I bought the whole set of movies to watch with my daughter next time we get a long weekend to waste. I think the 1st time I watched it was on Disney when I was a young teen. I havent seen her in many movies since that one.
