I followed the Carb Addicts diet for almost a year. I have fallen off the wagon and gained everything back in the last year. I do not fault the program however. It does work if you follow it. I found that during the day when I had my carb restricted meals, that in between if I was hungry I drank water. Water is a great filler as well as the side benefit that it is good for you and clears your system.(Not to mention the extra excersise of getting off your but and going to the washroom.(I work at a desk 8 hours a day)).

We've had many CAD/CALP followers join us, and disappear when they see no one else is here. If you and other CADers stick around for a while, we might have a decent size CAD support group

Sorry, I don't know anything about CAD. I read the book but not much stuck in the brain becoz as a diabetic I don't believe it would be a good choice for moi. I wish you well, I know lots of people are successful on CAD.
