Question starch blockers?

Hey! I am not new to this woe, just haven't gotten motivated to stay on track... now I think I've got it and I am getting started tomorrow. I dug out my book and went to get groceries and while I was there I saw starch blockers. ARe any of you using them with your reward meal? I am just wondering if they are worth the money. Thanks in advance. Amy

i have bought them and used them. even if they may work, i think they are unhealthy for the digestive system especially the intestines.

I have never used them. I think using them doesn't teach you to avoid the carbs that may not be good for you. I think that it's best to learn to actually eat according to the plan.
