Welcome Althea. You've found a great site for information and support. If you're looking for something in particular, like "Snack Advice" try typing it into the search engine at the top of the page. I found this thread which discusses snacks in detail. As for breakfasts, don't limit yourself. You can eat anything for breakfast that you'd eat for lunch or dinner.

Best of luck!

Default Welcome Welcome

This is a great place for information and encouragement. Welcome to LC eating and much more.

Cheese is great especially string cheese. And I don't think I would have made it with out pork rines. (not necessarily for breakfast)

You can also search on "Breakfast" I have hunted around for alternatives, but still go back to eggs.
