Default A sweet treat with ingredients found in NZ!

Hi everyone
I made this treat a lot last year when LC - great for a sweet tooth and VERY filling.
You need a food processor to make it (I just used the ordinary chopping blade...)

PUT THE FOLLOWING INTO THE PROCESSOR BOWL:
1 cup hot water
1/2 tspn *Guar Gum (Lotus brand)*
1/4 tspn salt

PROCESS ON HIGH UNTIL STARTING TO GET THICK

ADD:
2 tspns cocoa (baking, unsweetened - Nestle)
1/2 tspn imitation vanilla essence
1 teasponn Sucaryl liquid
2 tablespoons 100 % vegetable protein (I got Joe Weiders brand from Woolworths here in NZ - it's a NZ product!)

PROCESS ON HIGH AGAIN UNTIL THE MIX HAS FLUFFED UP AND THICKENED SOME MORE (takes a minute or so)

This mixture fluffs up to about 700 mls, tastes great (well, we liked it!) has 92 calories and 3.2 grams of carb - so you can eat the whole 700mls and not feel guilty. (I could never find a nutritional breakdown for Guar Gum, so if anyone knows it - please let me know as this may alter the numbers a bit)

* About the Guar Gum - only use the Lotus brand - I tried another brand and it didn't thicken the fluff at all.

The Lotus brand is a product of India, packed in Australia (I got it from a health shop here in NZ)

The following contact info is on the back of the pack:
Lotus Foods Pty Ltd
134 Argus Street
Cheltenham Vic 3192
Phone (03) 9584 2245
Fax (03) 9584 5821
Email prodinfo~kadac.com.au

The breakdown of ingredients is as follows:

Nestle Baking Cocoa (2 tspns) - 10 calories 1.3 carbs

Imitation Vanilla Essence (1/2 tspn) - 2.3 calories 0.6 grams carb

Sucaryl Liquid (1 teaspoon) - 0 calories 0 carbs

Joe Weiders 100% Vegetable Protein Powder (2 tbspn) - 79 calories 1.3 grams carb

Any comments welcome
Cheers
Lynne
