Cool my list

I always hit here and Triple Digits Forum (although I don't post overly much there)

And usually I go to General Low Carb, and the Atkins forum -can't read all of that one usually, its a busy one. Sometimes I check out Newbies, Tips and Stalls, Countdowns Buddies and Challenges and the Canada forum - usually nothing new there. And of course journals. I have about 15 or more that I read regularly, of those I post in about 8, I guess.. it changes.

I would like to explore more, but lets face it, I can't spend ALL my time in here!

I was reading in Dr. Bernsteins book about carb addiction. He says that some people are like herion addicts and have to have some carbs everyday or take medications for it. He was talking about drugs that increase serotonin levels. One was fenfluramine isn't that part of phen-fen? Is that illegal?

Default hmm..I missed that thread

About CanadianCaddettes, I'll go back and check it out.

As far as "them" not thinking our WOE works, who gives a rat's *ss! Not me..I have lost almost 70lbs, I have stuck to this for 8 months and still love it... nope, doesn't work at all.

Just go into some of the other WOE forums and read about how hard some people are finding it to give up all their favourite foods FOR LIFE!

CAD for me, please and thank you

Tracy

I have noticed the CAD forum goes in ups and downs...some times lots of action sometimes none..

I like it when there's some action..stuff to read..it makes me feel not so alone...

There's a very active bb at www.everythingatkins.com. Even though it's an Atkins board, they don't bash people who are on other lc WOE. They are very, very nice people over there, and the recipe part of the site has lots of great ideas. Low carb is low carb -- they all have different modifications on the same theme, and that board recognizes that. You might stop over there and say hi.

I find that the journals are often much more active than the CAD/CALP forum. Stop by some journals and say hi -- you'll find much more "action" that way!

I check the Somersize forum, but it hasn't had activity for a while. I haven't explored other forums on this board, though I did post to a general forum on a liquid succralose that is available on-line.
