In searching for my lunch today, I remembered eating at one of my favorite Chinese resteraunts. A great appetizer, all rolled up in lettuce. Maybe everyone does this already, but i thought i would share.

Today I took my usual Tuna, Rolled it up tortilla style in a leaf of lettuce, and stuck each with a toothpick.
I mixed up some mustard, basil, and hot sauce and had my own little "wasabi" style dipping sauce. Very yummy and very fulfilling, and totally Induction-legal.

Also got me started on all the "tacos" and "fajitas" and "wraps" I could roll up in a little leaf of lettuce!
