Goal: Stay below 1500 and over 1000 calories.
Stay below 100g. carbs---Try to eat 105 g. protein a day 6 days a week. The 7th day God rested and I will too and eat whatever I darn well please within reason.
Tallies for the day thus far:
1,152 calories
85g. fat--67%
78g.carbs--22 %
29g.pro--10%
Looks like I need more protein which I will eat as my snack later on with a cup of tea before bedtime.
Last night I ended up eating some salami before bed.
Short term Goal: 230 lbs
