Hi. Here's my supplement routine:
- multivitamin, daily or every other day
- B vitamins, any days I've been lazy with the veggies and/or consuming alcohol (alcohol hogs up your B vitamins)
- calcium/magnesium, which I should take daily, but usually forget.
- Udo's Choice oil, which is a mixture of flax and other oils, as an EFA supplement. I take a tbsp or so daily.
- Half-potassium salt for my food
- vitamin C, most days
That's about it. No metabolism boosters.
