Wow, I reached goal weight (150 lbs) on August of 2003.

Since then, I've been fluctuating anywhere from 145 - 150.

Regards,

Frederick

WEll this past week marked my full year of maintaining, infact at the beginning of the week I was 134!! think that pound found me by the end of the week though!! LOL

Maintaining has been so easy!!
I never feel deprived, I enjoy all the fruit and veggies I want too.
My only restriction is white sugar, white, flour, white rice.

Cheers Kathy

Been about 14 months for me since meeting my first goal. Since then I lost an additional 25 lbs and have been holding it for about ten months.

Hi

Well, this time last year I was 140, and today I am 135. I have almost maintained for a year, and I only reached the 132 goal for about two days!

Thanks! I think I eat too many carbs to keep at 132. I guess the water weight keeps me up, and I am ok with that!!

Reached goal almost exactly one year ago (happy dancing!) and have had no trouble maintaining. In fact, I'm still shrinking! started maintenance as size 10 and am now size 6 (weight is stable though) does that rock or WHAT
Life is good!

I reached goal May 2003 at 120 and since made a new goal of 115 and maintaining. I hope it's ok to post this as I've kind of just come over to this BB.

Reached my goal weight (110 lbs) in December, 1999. Maintained that weight within five pounds ever since. I eat just about everything, but still restrict consumption of white veggies, some fruit, rice and pasta to occasional meals. Tomight is pizza night!

Oh and I walk to work everyday (2 1/5 miles) each way. It beats working out of the gym and I get solmething accomplished.
