Broccoli is on the Reward Meal-only list of vegetables, so no, I don't eat it at CM's. Can't say as I really miss it though, as it isn't one of my very favourites.
Apparently, it is higher in carbs than the vegetables that are permitted for CM's.
I have broccoli only at RM. I think thats one reason why Atkins wasnt spectacular for me. Now I know I cant eat it at CM.

I eat broccoli occasionally for CM's. It is on the acceptable list for CALP, but with an asterisk. At cm's I only have moderate amounts but I may have a heaping serving as the non-starchy veggie at RM's.
Well thanks for your replies. I ate about 1cup of broccoli with breakfast and will NEVER do it again. I have terriable cravings today and already cheated. I guess you just don't know till you try. I must say, my cravings have been soooo overwhelming today. So bad, that I ate a handful of homemade chex mix.I'm not going to beat myself up though. Hoildays are HARD. PERIOD!! Back on the saddle tomorrow with no broccoli.
