Did my exercises but a little different than planned
I did 15 minutes on the exercise bike at a speed of 30-40 (mostly 35), it took me 7.68 miles Too bad I wasnt actually GOING anywhere
After the bike I did my NAC video. Even did the chest and back (pushups and some other exercises that I usually cannot get myself to do). My sweet little boy was helping me with the pushups; he would pull me up after I went down. I also did the arms. My arms were sore while I was at work today But in a good way
Tomorrows exercise plan:
Exercise video (maybe NAC, maybe Denise Austin's Pilates..not sure which) then 20 minutes on the bike. I have decided to do the video first because I find it easier to get up the gumption to actually do it. I may find it easier to do my bike exercise after already getting the blood pumping from the video. I am only going to do 20 minutes on the bike because after doing the video I think the bike would make me very tired.
So that is my plan.
I am not as sore as when I first started doing my video. The first time I did the pushups about killed me!! Could only do 3 pushups...(did I hear someone say 'weenie' ) Now I think I can do twice that. I am proud of my weenie little self
