I've lost a big fat turkey. This one is 17 lbs. Ironically, I started back to LC right after Thanksgiving, so this seems appropriate

I'm at Oprah wagon level, but on a plateau for a few days. This puts me ahead of Oprah, who immediately started gaining her weight back.

I just started Atkins about a month ago and the last time I weighed myself, it was ten pounds. I decided to go with a 10 lb bag of potatoes It's probably a couple pounds more since I only allow myself to get on the scale about once a week/week and a half-ish.

Can I ask, though, how did you get the canoe picture to show up in the post??! I'm pretty web savvy but I can't figure out how to do it! I know it has to do with the coding and what not. Thanks...

You need to put the image tags each side of the url
so type
[img]www.urlofpicture.jpg[/img]
and that should work

The way I post a picture is.....

I download the photo to my photobucket website account
Copy the "direct link" from that sites photo album
come to this site
Click on the "insert picture" icon
paste the copied direct link
and that's it

don't post from google images. Click on the google images pic and find the pic on the actual website it came from, if you are going to hotlink a picture.

Or save the pic and upload it to photobucket, as previously suggested.

here's your pic hotlinked

this is how it looked in code
