I, too, have started counting, weighing, measuring, eyeballing and tracking my food. I thought it would be drudgery but it's not! It's becoming second nature and is its own reward. I broke through a year-long plateau and am nine pounds lighter since I started.

I am a huge fan of tracking. I currently use the Carb Manager app. Anytime I get off course, some kind of tracking will get me back on.
