Hi,

Some of you may have read messages from me in the Atkins or newbie forums, I am doing my dissertation on the Atkins diet and have been bugging people to answer my questions! (I am not disputing that it works by the way!)

Anyway, as this forum are particularily interested in the research perspective....

Q: If you read any 'danger' stories about Atkins did you follow these up before deciding to go on the diet?
