I just posted (in my journal) 103 reasons that I'd like to lose weight. The list is kind of old, but I went through and updated it. It kind of made me think.
What about you? Do you have a written list? How many items on it?
I wrote mine after I read yours.. Mine has 41 on it. It really helped me put my weight loss goals into perspective and has made me realize the 'cheating' i've been doing sporadically has been stupid and a waste of time.
