My stomach hurts! WAHHHHH! okay, so I had a terrible dinner last night: Beef stroganoff with peas and NO LC vegies.. dumb move. I didn't eat lunch yesterday then had this awful dinner and this morning I woke up with digestive upset. I don't know if it's a bug or bad eating, but I've got this interview tomorrow so I hope I get well FAST. Didn't gain anything, didn't lose either, so keeping my fingers crossed.

I started reading CALP. It seems more complicated to me than CAD. All these options etc.. but I'll give it a fair read.

Does anyone use LC breads at breakfast? I know there are a couple of recipes in the books, but I love the Atkins muffins which are very low carb and would like to have one once in a while without throwing everything for a loop.

Joanie,

I hope you're feeling better quickly.

I've had some of the LC foods when I was on Atkins, but since I've switched over, I haven't dared eat them outside of RM because I figure I would be super sensitive to them. I know I was on Atkins and had to really limit them. I guess it's one of those things you'll have to try for yourself and see if it bothers.
