Default Applebees

After my depressing day yesterday food wise and seeing the scale back up to my past stall weight this morning (think it is sodium and TOM related water retention) I was going to be extra good today. My SO dragged me out for lunch though.

I had the Applebee's all you can eat rib tips, without the sauce. I didn't eat any of the sides or anything. I had the first basket, then two additional ones, though I knew I was full. Does any one have any clue around how many oz of pork that would be though? They are the small rib tips with bone still included. I would estimate I had maybe 10 all together. I estimated 8oz, but that may be high.

The only other thing I had was a glass of merlot
