Thanks Zul, you're a blessing!
Fressca, are you taking a flavored oil or plain? I use the lemon flavored variety and it tastes OK, not fishy. Many brands have flavored versions.
Swallow it quickly and wash it down with some water.

Hi Zule and Tunkany:

I will DEFINITELY look for the flavored variety next time!

I thought of ice cold, Zuleikaa, but the bottle says "do not refrigerate". Do you think it's okay to do so anyway?

Daunted by the thought of all those tablespoons of oil per day, I went out and bought some dry D this morning - I'll still take my tablespoon of CLO in the morning, though.

I have no problem with refrigerating it. It just gets cloudy.

It should be refrigerated after opening, otherwise it'll go rancid quickly. Mine is not cloudy. it's Carlson's, they probably use the top of the barrel. If it's cloudy, it's probably a better quality from the bottom of the barrel, however, the Norwegians tend to keep that for themselves.

Hey Zul,

I see you're from DC. I live in Alexandria. Let me know when you get your own practice :-) You're one of the most knowledgable people I have ever met.
