Yes I am currently doing it and will continue it indefinitely. It works well for me but I bodybuild, and I'm not *really* that concerned with losing fat. I let the diet shed fat on its own. I don't do much cardio because I try to maximize my T-levels. I drink a lot of olive and canola oil (I wash it down with protein shakes so it's not that bad) to help me grow. I noticed my muscles are more defined because of the lack of water retention. Rob is so right in everything he says. People don't know how bad Sugar is for you. It causes so many diseases (Cancer cells feed off sugar) and is not necessary in our diets. He makes a good point that because of our genetics we're meant to eat meat (even meat is suspect now, with all the antibiotics that are injected and the poor living conditions that stress the animal), poultry, fish and vegetation, not the man-made crap that litters our supermarket shelves.

I noticed that you bought Rob's other book, Hormonally Intelligent Exercise. Could you please shed some light on what it entails? Thanks!

HIE recommends a 3-day split: chest/back, legs/low back, arms/shoulders. Abs are done 2x/wk, cardio 3x. He has 3 weeks of routines for these splits, then on the 4th week you do a consolidation workout (squats, deadlifts, bench, chins, tri-press) 2x and cardio is optional. There's a lot more to it than that but that is the basic program. I do more cardio than he recommends because I run and like to race.

Thanks Jen...what about sets, reps and time-under-tension?
