Default parfait surprise

this is my only reason for my wife to continue the diet (hahahahah)

2 servings:

1 cup of sugar free jello
1 cup of whipping cream
1/4 cup of nuts(we like walnuts or almonds)
3 packets of Nutrasweet or whatever artificial sweetner you prefer

Step 1. take 1 cup of whipping cream with packets of Nutrasweet and put into blender , whip until totally fluffed up , this takes a minute or two.

Step 2. Chop nuts up until they are fine(pampered chef has a chopper that takes 3 seconds to chop into fine pieces)

step 3. Put about 1/2 a cup of sugar free jello into parfait or pudding bowls, spoon 1/2 cup of home made whipped cream on jello, cover with 1/2 the nuts.... yumm.....
