Tonight I had meatballs with a mayo/horseradish dipping sauce, cheesy cauliflower, 3 cubes of cantaloupe, and a small dab of cottage cheese.

Grilled steak, steamed LC veggies, and a few chunks of cantaloupe. Decided to cut my steak and saved half for lunch tomorrow. I never would have done that before the appetite control I've gained with this WOE.

Tonight I'm making SF blackberry jam and Sriracha baked chicken thighs, a salad of romaine & radicchio, walnuts, feta and a few dried cranberries I made myself, and some kind of vegetable as a side....maybe cauliflower with cheese sauce.

last night was date night, so we went out for sushi- my favorite!

i had:
3 pieces of salmon and 3 pieces tuna sashimi, and a peice of squid sashimi that the fella rejected

a mix of sashimi over green salad

we shared chicken/veg lettuce wrap appetizer

everything was spot on! (exept couple sitting behind us with out of control toddler- um, excuse me, your kid is leaning so far around booth, she is bumping my elbow with her head.......this is not a restaurant for kiddies that age! grumble, grumble).
