Welcome Myrt
We post daily, are they not showing up?

Today will be the leftover broccoli salad from yesterday, it turned out really great!

I am making the dressing today for tomorrows salad from Skinnytaste: "Summer Corn, Tomato and Avocado Salad with Creamy Buttermilk-Dijon Dressing"

This looks like it will be a little higher carb than I usually go with a side dish, but summery and great with grilled chicken

Yes, the posts do show up. I must have had it mixed up with a different thread. Yesterday a made up salad I bought in a grocery store. It had 1/2 egg, turkey, 2 cheeses and some ham plus romaine, tomato. Naturally Fresh ranch dressing.
If I hadn't signed up for this I would have eaten a waffle cone.

You all are fancy.

Marinated green beans today.
Perhaps pickled okra later.

Yesterday's salad: romaine, tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, purple onions, red cabbage, shredded cheddar, bistro sauce as dressing. 2 boiled eggs on the side. Today and tomorrow will probably be similar, except I'll just have one egg because I have a pile of bacon to use up by Friday. (This is at work, BTW.)

Beets, red onion and cucumber today.
I haven't decided if I want to do it as a quick pickle type brine, or just salt and pepper with a little olive oil.
