Happy to report I am down 700gms today(1.54 lbs)
It is so good to see those lower numbers again.

We have heavy rain here so hope our internet connection doesn't go out!

A busy day here with the builder .Just vaccumed up all the jib board mess!
He will be here all day tomorrow so lots more mess to look forward to LOL!

Sorry I have not been posting as much the last few days....the week has been very full on with the trades people in and out.
Should be all finished later today!
Have had a good on plan week.

Weight stayed the same for weighin today so -1.54 lb for this week.
Very happy with that when I think of all that has transpired this last week
and the pace. Have proved I can keep OP if I really put my mind to it.
Might not get here monday as going to see my folks for the day.

Hi Dreamy, are you doing combined low/mod carb and low calories, sorry I don't know much about WW except its low cal and has points.

I am looking for an alternative mod carb woe, my body can't handle the high fat any longer, I've been havign problems for months and every time I think its gone and have a fatty meal my sysmptoms come back.

Hello there...I eat heaps of vegies and salad...enough to satisfy me and the east couple of wks I have allowed myself 2 wholemeal or rye bread a day sometimes. I have been using basmati rice and not white rice as lower GI. I choose lower fat meats, eats fish, some lentils, fresh fruit and natural LF yoghurt,.Trying to use whole foods and cut eh processed junk! I don't have added sugar and as it is still officially winter here I am still having cooked rolled oats at breaky with cinnamon and grated apple and skim milk.
I don't count carbs now but I am still conscious of them and conscious of all that goes into my mouth as I am trying to lose this tonnnage!!
I feel alot better and my arthritis is easier.I have lost 28.7 lbs since 4 April.
I guess you would call it moderate carb or semi low carb my WOE. It is what works for me.
It has to be doable for us and become a WOL to maintain.
It is my bedtime here so forgive me for not writing more just now...goodluck with finding something that works for you and you feel good on.

Your Welcome Tigerlily Good luck with that...I am not sure what that plan is...will check it out later today.we are going out soon as it is such a beautiful day here after all the rain we have had.

I was down 700 gms( 1.54 lb) yesterday and today I am down another 200gms(.44 lb)......yikes!
I am having ample protein so it is definitely not muscle loss!
Well I have to get moving.....check in when you can folks.

Busy day yesterday and today doing garden stuff.Good to be getting it all done.
