Your words are so true. You are so right, food is a doubled edged sword, one needs to eat to live so it is socially acceptable to eat and so many of the things that are fast are not good for ones mind and body. I have started to reach out for some counseling, I waiver between feeling totally in control of my life and happy to the rug being pulled out from under me when I least expect it. I was doing so well, I was happy, moving forward then I had an incident with someone and a few other memories popped up that I have not dealt with, and may never be able to let go of completely. Guess it is learning to live with what you can not change and changing what you can. I know diet and sleep are key for me, I just want to feel good again, I know I can, so I will try, try again. Thank you so very much.
