Default Air dried cauliflower powder

Possibilities....bread, instant "mashed potatoes", pizza crust, etc....thickeners, base for cakes.....

Darn, I was hoping that was from North Bay, Ontario.

Definitely something I'll consider buying after seeing some tried-and-true recipes and/or feedback.

Its a bit high in carbs. 15 net grams for 1/4 cup and I assume the 9 grams sugar is natural. I cant find an ingredients list so I assume its pure cauliflower.

This product came up when I tried an Amazon search for this powder. It's a dry riced cauliflower. At 6 grams net carbs per serving it could make a great rice substitute. Very expensive per serving though, I'd like to find it less expensive.
