Body For Life
Anyone one Body For Life? Ive been doing it for 15 weeks and have lost 46 pounds ! Its awesome! Ill put more about it down later. But I get 5 to 6 small meals a day low fat protien vegis fruit, and Im going it as a part time low carber, i eat one whole wheat 3 or 4 days a week, and do low carb 3 to 4 days a week. Your allowed 2 whole wheats a day, fryuits vegis and cheese is considered fats 2 to 3 cheeses and milks yogurt is a carb.Yogurt everyday its good I love it.
